Kody Brown is an A-Hole.
We’re not really sure what else to think of the Sister Wives patriarch after witnessing his reaction in the last couple of episodes when Christine finally decided to leave her spiritual spouse.
Let’s consider what he tells you in the next installment this Sunday, shall we?
In footage obtained by Entertainment Tonight, the Browns are gathered at Christine’s home after she informed her sister-wives last week that she would be moving to Utah within a week of her split from Kody.
In the sneak peek, Kody asks Christine if she has been talking to her older children about their failed relationship.
“I think your relationship with your kids is broken because of COVID, not because of me,” Christine tells Kody, referencing the latter’s strict COVID protocols that made many members of her family feel that it favors her. fourth wife, Robyn Brown.
However, Kody strongly disagrees with this assessment.
“Bull, you’re telling them. It’s Christine telling them,” Kody says of his ex in a confessional.
He adds:
“She is running to this person, to this person, to this person, to this person to complain about the relationship. She has been playing for years. I just call bulls**t.:
Throughout season 17, Kody has played the victim.
He dragged Christine down for essentially cheating on him, for claiming that she’s been unhappy for years, and yet, in his opinion, for dropping the divorce bombshell on him out of the blue.
Kody Brown is furious in this photo. He is reacting to the news that Christine no longer wants to be his sister wife.
Addressing the women in his life, Kody admits, “I can’t understand why I’m so mad.”
In her confessional, meanwhile, Janelle adds:
“I do not know how to explain it. He has just been out. He has gone somewhere angrier faster than ever.”
Later, Kody tries to explain his point of view, comparing himself to an “investor who put everything he had into something and it just didn’t work out.”
Christine Brown has a lot to think about. This is a photo from season 2 of season 17 of Sister Wives.
The proper answer here would be: Yes, sometimes you put a lot into something and it doesn’t work.
Or… it would be easy for any Sister Wives fan to call Kody BS here, to question how the hell he can think he poured so much into his romance with Christine.
In another confessional, Kody then dives into a big hole.
A big hole that only a self-centered idiot would dig, we must emphasize.
“I was holding his hand. he was kissing her. He wasn’t in love,” he actually says in this upcoming episode.
“I was doing it as my duty as a husband. she neither. She stopped loving me years ago.
“Now that we’re here, I’m so upset because it’s not the separation of two people. It’s the breakdown of a family.”
Wow, we wonder why Christine would want to leave someone who only acts intimately out of a sense of obligation, rather than any legitimate feeling.
Kody Brown is looking daggers at Christine in this scene from the first episode of Sister Wives season 17.
Also in this episode, Kody will turn on Christine.
“You never tried to have a really good relationship with these people,” he yells at Christine, citing his three other wives.
“He’s throwing me up. Because I’ve sat here with it like, ‘Christine, try doing this.’ You wanted to renegotiate a relationship with me, but you wouldn’t even have a decent one with them.”
In proper A-Hole fashion, Kody will conclude this tirade as follows:
“Man, only the knife in the kidneys for all these years! The sacrifices I’ve made to love you. Wasted!”
